Message of Standardized Safety Practices

 

Silverspoon Dental Associates has reopened our practice in accordance with CDC, O.S.H.A and State Dental Board guidelines.  We are monitoring the advice of the above health organizations and governing bodies to implement all appropriate updates as recommended. 

 

As our patients, your safety and overall good health are our highest priorities.  Our office has and will continue to follow strict standardized guidelines regarding infection control practices as a precaution to prevent the spread of any disease, including COVID-19.   In doing so, we are taking daily measures to ensure you experience a clean and safe environment during every visit. 

 

Our Commitment to you is as follows:

• Appointments are scheduled to include more transition time between patients. 

• All patient’s temperature will be taken upon arrival to the office.

• ONLY patients will be allowed in the treating rooms.  All family members are advised to wait in their vehicle if wishing to remain on the property.

• Only one patient will be allowed to be seated in the reception area at a time.

• Any individual entering the office must be wearing a face mask.

• Hand sanitizer will be available for patient use upon entry into the office.

• An air purifying system has been installed for the cleansing of the entire office.

• Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of reception areas, chairs, door handles, countertops and floors.

• All treating room surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned along with the sterilizing of instruments and equipment.

• The doctor and his staff will use appropriate PPE and follow proper hand washing hygiene.
